Joel Sibuer, aged 3} years, to-day hanged himself in a telephono wire while his mother was away for 15 minutes’ shopping. Tho youngster, when he was left alone, went to the bathroom for a stool, which he pushed to tho instrument, in which he was accustomed to prattle when held up by his parent. He climbed up and got entangled in the cord. The stool upset, and the lac 1 was choked to death.
