WORLD CONFERENCE TO BE ARRANGED. United Press Association. —By Electric Telegraph-Copyright. CANBERRA, Nov. 14. Tho congress of the Returned Sailors and Soldiers’ Imperial Leaguo of Australia decided to endeavour to arrange an international conference of ex-soldiers’ to formulate a common anti-war policy. Representatives of ex-servicemen in every country which took part in tho Great War will be invited to attend the conference.

Delegates to the congress emphasised the horrors of chemical warfare in any future conflict.
