From Our Own Correspondent. Once again the opening of the Cricket Club had to be postponed owing to the rough weather, there being heavy rain over the week-end. It is to be hoped, “however, that it will be more favourable lor the week-end. During the week-end Mr. and Mrs. M. Hal), Mr. B. Seymour and Miss Wait, of ;Lime terrace, Takapau, motored to Rongomai. Dunn, of Greytown, late of Rongomai, will regret to hear 'that he is at present seriously ill. Mr. B. Shanahan (Tane) spent the ■n-eek-end with relatives at Featherston. Mr. G. Davenport returned last week after spending a few days in Wellington.
