Copy of Tower of Pisa

A half-scalo copy of the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa, Italy, is now nearinf completion in a park near Chicago. The original 17ft. marble tower tipped because of faulty foundations, but engineers have provided solid ones for the model, and built it of concrete. Except for this, the copy is accurate! in every detail. When the model is finished, a modern electrically-operated set chimes will be installed in the top of the campanile and regularly sounded.
