At Worcester, Massachusetts, tho completion of what is described as the smallest printed book in tho world was announced to-day. Tho volume consists of '2B pages of 46 quatrains, a translation of Omar Kkayyam. The size is 3-16 in. by 3-Sin. Tho book is leatherbound and printed from copper plates. Seven plates, each containing four pages, were mado by photo engraving. Two quatrains appear on the page. The completed book weighs a. third of a carat. It took seven years to complete.
