LEAGUE CONSIDERATION NEXT WEEK British Official Wireless Received Monday, 7 p.re. RUGBY, Sept. 23. The Iraq delegation to the League Council meeting hopes to arrive at Genova early next week in order to be present when the Assyrian question comes up for consideration. Giving to the recent death of King Feisal it was impossible for the delegation to reach Geneva at an earlier date in the proceedings, and the League Council, after considering a request from the Iraq Government, yesterday agreed to a short postponement. It is expected that the question will come up for consideration about October 2.
