Three Hamilton Borough Vacancies
BOROUGH BY-ELECTION' NECESSARY. Per Press Association. HAMILTON. Sept. 23. Unprecedented in the history of local administration three resignations of Hamilton Borough Councillors have been received in the past two days. Messrs C. J. W. Barton and F. H. Clapliam have resigned owing to ill-health, and Mr S. Y. Tyler owing to pressure of private business.
