Indian Floods Depopulate Villages
MALARIA OUTBREAK ADDS TO DIFFICULTIES
CALCUTTA, Sept. 22.
Many villages have been evacuated in the Delhi area, the victims taking Tefugo in the now capital owing to the unprecedented floods. Thousands of acres have been devastated, and an outbreak of malaria has added to the misery of the inhabitants.
