It was mentioned that when the present school was built the idea of baths being erected later was in the air. Eventually it was decided that the money be devoted in this direction and Messrs J. Scheidt and E. O. Pascoo were appointed trustees' of the fund. For the purpose of setting up a committee to work with the trustees a public meeting is to be called at an early date. Votes of thanks were extended to the artists who assisted with tho concert programme, to the headmaster, the staff and the pupils for the part they had taken in the concert; to the ladies of the Hockey and Tennis Clubs, and tho ladles’ committee for their capable management of the luncheon, afternoon tea and supper, and Misses Scheidt for donating jubilee cake, also to all those who had so willingly and ably assisted to make the day the success it had been.
