SLEEPLESSNESS If a census wero taken of persons troubled with sleeplessness or disturbed rest during tho night, tho figures would show an amazingly high total. Yet how few amongst that number realise that such trouble is frequently caused by an overloaded stomach and excessive strain on the digestive organs. Often a hearty meal is eaten at night accompanied by tea, coffee or other beverages, and with the consequent feeling of drowsiness which invariably follows, the impulse to go to bed is readily responded to. It is under such conditions that restlessness and disturbed sleep often occur, which troubles can bo easily overcome if the proper treatment is followed. A dose of ‘Bisurated' Magnesia taken the last thing at night will quickly ensure relief from the feeling of fullness and stomach discomfort, by aiding the digestive organs to promptly carry out their normal function ,with the result that quiet and restful sleep will ensuo. Look for tho oval ‘Bismag’ trade mark on each package.
