REPEATED OFFENCES IN DRUNKENNESS Slaking liis fourth appearance within the statutory period, Frank Randolph Crcagh was charged with drunkenness before Air J. L. Stout., S.M., in tho Magistrate’s Court yesterday. Sergeant; IVhitchousc: Ho must be meeting friends, or at least that is how he explains it. Ho now wishes to have a prohibition order taken our against liimself. Accused was fined £l, in default seven days’ imprisonment. A prohobition order is to be issued against him. Accused: Can I have time in which to find the money"
Sergeant IVhiteliouse: I think ho will only get drunk again if he is given time. The Magistrate thought likewise, and declined to give Crcagh time to find the money.
