Building Recovery in Sydney
water BOARD’S FIGURES United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, June 21. Evidence of a building recovery is provided by the Metropolitan Water Board’s returns for May. In tho board’s area, which includes a portion of the South Coast, 234 buildings were erected or altered at a cost of £220,375, compared with 141 and £50,699 in May of last year. The board’s statistics reflect renewed activity in suburban home building.
