PURCHASED BY CHRISTCHURCH SYNDICATE Per Press Association. INVERCARGILL, Last Night. Negotiations having an important bearing upon a local secondary industry at a standstill for a considerable time have just been successfully completed, a Christchurch syndicate comprising Mr. L. B.
