PARIS, March 17.

The International Tennis Federation ha's banned open tournaments, as recently auctioned by tho American Association. It also decided that requalified professionals would bo ineligible for Davis Cup contests, but eligible for international and other tournaments in 1933, provided that they had already qualified.
