Milson
From Our Own Correspondent. On Wednesday afternoon the Milson branch of St. l’atrick’s Sunday School spent an enjoyable time at Terraco Hud park. The programme arranged for the young people was in the capable hands of Mrs. Murphy. The entertainment consisted of races and games. Hot water was kindly supplied by Mr. White, of the Hospital Store. lee creams were supplied to tho scholars and they partook of tea on tho giounu. Some of the races were won by the following: —Free for all race: F. Gray; relay race: F. Gray, G. Toon ana F. Toon 1, E. Dunn, A. Leslie and J. Toon 2j bunny race: E. Dunn. Altogether a good afternoon was spent and the children all returned home tired but happy. Personal. Mrs. S. Pepper, of Montreal street, who underwent an operation in tho Falmerston North Hospital, has sufficiently recovered to leave that institution ana travel to Otaki whore she is remaining until she is well enough to return home. The friends of Mrs. Eichmond, of Montreal street, will regret to learn that she was compelled to enter hospital on Wednesday.
