PROBATION IN BURGLARY CASE.
Per Press Association TIMARU, Feb. 1. Tne Supreme Court opened this morning, Mr Justice Kennedy presiding. His Honour, in his charge to the Grand Jury, said he was pleased to say that there was only one case for consideration and two persons for sentence. Henry Williams and William Charles Binns were placed on probation for three years on a charge of breaking 1 and entering and the theft of £4 10s iat Timaru on. December 31st,
