STORM TROOPS RECOGNISED LIKE ITALIAN FASCISTS BERLIN, Jan. 30. It is understood that ■while the Government is headed by Herr Hitler, the power behind the Throne is Herr von Papen. The Socialists and Communists arc expected fiercely to oppose the Ministry. Herr Hitler insisted in filling important Ministries with Nazis and required that the storm troops be officicially recognised on the lines of Italian Fascists.
