PERSONALITIES
The Hon. L. M. Isitt expects to visit Palmerston North in connection with the Bible-in-schools campaign on Sunday and Monday, February 5 and 6. Mr. A. Eade, of Feilding, who was injured -when ho fell during the course of a cycle raco at the Sportsground on Anniversary Day, has now recovered sufficiently to receive his discharge from the Palmerston North hospital and return home. Mr. A. Christensen, of Palmerston North, who had an arm and shoulder crushed between two guns at the artillery barracks on January 22 last, is now making satisfactory progress. JLc has left the public hospital and is now at home. The following are among the visitors at the Hotel Imperial: Messrs. Hullett ■(Christchurch), W. Donovan, Laurence, Munro, Joyner (Wellington), Mummery (Wanganui), and Dr. Moir (Wellington), who have been attending the chemistry conference at Massey College, and Messrs. G. AVaymouth (Auckland), Chas. Eich (Sydney), Vile (Wellington), Mrs. Grahame Robertson (Auckland), Miss Goorgi Clark (Auckland), Mr. and Mrs. Boyce (Wellington.)
