Best wishes were extended by the Palmerston North Hospital Board yesterday to Nurses Pratt and Paterson, who lmvo resigned to get married.

Nurses Barr, Campbell, Deck, Friis, Hansen, Hustwick, Ivohn, Reed and Valentine, of the Palmerston North Hospital, were successful, in the general State examination, the matron (Miss J. N. McGhie) reported to the monthly meeting of the board yesterday. Nurses Kidtl, Missen, Sinkinson, E. Smith and TrnfTord, were successful in the State maternity examination. Congratulations were, extended by the board to the successful candidates.
