NTOTICE is hereby given that the folEx lowing restrictions regarding traffic will be enforced on Christmas and New Year’s Eves: — (1) That ono-rvay traffic ONLI will be allowed between the white line to bo drawn down the centro of the roadway in the Square and the Garden Enclosures. (2) That no parking will be allowed in front of the shops in the Square. (3 That parking for thirty minutC3 ONLY will be allowed on the stands already appointed on the garden side of the Square, and on the stand now used by the General Carriers, and in front of the Soldiers’ Memorial.
