Over 1,000,000 new wireless licenses were taken out last year. At the present rate of progress, it is anticipated that every second home in Great Britain will have a wireless set within the next twelve months or so.
There were 4562 fires in London last year, costing on an average £l5O each. There was only one known case of arson in the same period.
