United Press Association—By Eloctrio Telegraph—Copyright. Received Wednesday, 9.25 p.m. SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 21. A severe earthquake shook the West, from Rawlins, Wyoming, to Longbeach, California, on Tuesday night, but the damage was confined to broken windows and crockery. The shake stopped clocks in most places. No injuries are reported. The shock rocked tho entire State of Nevada. At Gerlach, Nevada, a largo water tower was knocked down. Reno was also sharply shaken. The walls of the Californian State Capitol at Sacramento creaked and rattled.
