It is not very often that the patrons of the Foxton Talkies have the opportunity of witnessing world famed operettas, but the unique chance nas come along at last for all and sundry to witness one of the most brilliant operettas that has ever entertained those desirous of w 7 itnessing such forms of enjoyment. When Carl Millodker, most famous of our modern composers, originated "The Beggar Student," be incorporated all tho skill of the old masters, coupled with the improvements that modernisation demanded into one great musical treat. It was only natural that British Dominions Films should have a cast of outstanding stage and screen players to occupy the numerous important roles which called for super acting, with the result that our own Australian star, Lance Fair rax, occupies the title role, supported by Shirley Dale, noted Continental operatic star.
