Sir George Hunter’s Will

FURTHER APPLICATION IS DIS MISSED. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Nov. 16.

Seven counsel were present in the Supreme Court to-day at the hearing of an application by Lady Hunter for a variation of the order made by the court on her behalf in June, by making further and better provision for her out of the estate of hor late husband (Sir Geo. Hunter), on the ground that her financial circumstances have become further embarrassed. Mr Justice Blair held that he could not entertain the application. His Honour dismissed it, allowing costs out of the estate to all parties other than the applicant.
