TWO PEOPLE WOUNDED. LONDON, May 11. Arthur and Sarah Gapp, who lived in a flat at Mortlake, were found shot on the stairs. Frank Cable, labourer, who lived in the flat below, was arrested and charged with attempted murder. Detective Kirchener, in evidence at the Mortlake Court, said that when Cable was arrested he said: “I slung the revolver over Waterloo Bridge.” The Gapps are recovering.
