The Danes “Buy British”
Denmark has the distinction of having been the chief buyer at this year s British Industries Fair. For some time in Denmark the slogan has been “Buy Danish! If you can’t, buy Danish—-buy British! ” The British Industries Fair has had its most successful year since its inception. As a result of largo orders' fo rcutlcry from Scandinavia, Germany, Japan and India, one Sheffield firm reports that it will bo able . to employ 1500 workpeople for over five months.
