The Kreuger Crash
ARREST OF HIS ASSOCIATES. United Press Association. —By Eloctrie Telegraph.—Copyright. STOCKHOLM, April 20. The fourth arrest in connection with the Krcuger crash is Anton Wendler, head of a well-known accountancy firm and ono of the three Kreuger-Toll auditors. It is stated that Wendler, without tho Board’s knowledge, acted as director of ono of Kreuger’s foreign secret companies. The latest revelations include a statement that the employees occasionally drew' attention to bookkeeping mistakes in various Kreuger concerns. Kreuger thanked them, but it was •noticed that they were transferred to another department and sometimes dismissed.
