Heavy bullocks were down 5/ to 7/6 per head, medium and light-weight cattle 10/ to 15/ per head, and there was no demand for heifers and cow beef. Vcalcrs were easier to the extent of 5/ per head. The sheep yarding was of good quality. Prices for heavy wethers were on a par with last week’s rates. Mediumweight and lighter wethers were easier.
