Feilding Sale

Associated Live (Stock Auctioneers, Ltd., report having an entry of 2271 fat sheep and lambs and 1600 store sheep at their Feilding sale on Friday, 15th inst. Fat lambs showed an advance of about Is per head, fat Avethcrs remained firm, fat cavcs sold slightly better, this being most noticeable in the quality pens. Throughout the store sheep sale there was brisk bidding and Avelhers and lambs, particularly the former, sold in favour of vendors.

A moderate entry of fat cattle again met with a dull sale and very few stores came to hand. A fair huniber of heifers r.w.b. were iu reasonable demand and most lines sold at auction or privately afterwards. Weancr heifers in small lots Avcre not keenly sought after although there avus a fair clearance effected. Dairy cattle met with a limited inquiry and not many changed hands.
