A fairly deep depression is centred near Tasmania. AVinds: Light to moderate and variable, but tending to northerlics and later freshening. Seas (New Zealand waters): Smooth to moderate. Eastern Tasman Sea: Freshening northerly winds; seas becoming rough. AVeathcr: Fine for the present and warmer, but unsettled conditions developing early in the week.
