Feilding Pluket Society

MEETING OF COMMITTEE The committee of the Feilding branch of the Plunket Society met on Tuesday afternoon, Sirs. J. L. Jenkinson (president) presiding. There were also present Mcsdames C. E. Taylor (Mayoress), J. H. Mason, C. Bailey, V. J. Stichbury, V. Lawrence, R. Carter, Mawhinney arid Farmer, and Misses Mayo and Shortall. The nurse (Miss Armstrong) reported a busy month. There had been 11 new cases, 320 visitors to the rooms, and 151 visits paid to homes. A vote of thanks was passed to Mr. C. F. Johnson for the use of his beautiful grounds, “The Pines,” for the recent very successful garden party.

It was decided to hold the annual meeting early next month. The following donations were acknowledged: Mrs. F. Campbell £l, Mrs. C. Lethbridge £1 1/, Miss Lethbridge £1 1/, Mrs. W. B.
