Tho northern cyclono has become deep and is centred just east of Norfolk Island. Winds: South-easterlies to north-east-erlies, modcrato but freshening. Seas (New Zealand waters): Bather rough north of .Jlast Cape; elsewhere smooth to moderate. Eastern Tasman Sea: South-east to northerly w'inds, strong in tho northern portion, elsewhere light to moderate; seas rather rough in the far north, but elsewhere moderate.

Weather: still cloudy and sultry, with mist or fog in places; somo Tain in most districts and some heavy falls in the fat north.
