With thirty-seven boys and girls to clotho and feed and a considerable fall-ing-off in revenue, All Saints’ Home committee is faced with a difficult problem. With the object of raising money to enable them to carry on their humanitarian. work a garden party has been arranged to take place at the new Home, Pascal street, on Wednesday next. A most attractive programme has boen arranged with games and competitions for young and old. There will bo all manner of stalls for the sale of produce, flowers, needlework, sweets and ice creams and afternoon tea. Contributions to any of the stalls or towards the afternoon tea will be most gratefully received. A particular attraction will be the Maypole dance, by the Home children, who are being specially trained by Miss Gwenth Macnaughtan and there will also be a playette. Larkins’ Band will be in attendance and enliven proceedings with selections.
