London will never have skyscrapers, but the Express understands that the committee of the London County Council recommends that the maximum height of buildings bo 120 feet, and even in some circumstances 150, instead of as' at present 100 feet. Actually the limit of a building fronting a street is at present SO, but. two extra storeys may bo built in the roof, provided they are set back.
