President Rubio has announced that several members of Cabinet have resigned and he has issued a, new Cabinet list. Albert Pani, Ambassador to Spain, is named as Minister of Finance, Manuel Tellez, former Ambassador to Washington, and Secretary for the Interior, is transferred to the Office of Foreign Minister.
