Felling Show and Ram Fair

The Feilding A. and P. Association's 28th. Annual Show is advertised to take place on Tuesday and AVednesday, 2nd. and 3rd. February next, and for this fixture tho prize-list has been carefully prepared and many innovations made. Over £I2OO is offered in prizo-uioncy and trophies. The championships of the conference of A. aud P. Associations of the North Island, for the champion Red Poll bull and cow and Large White boar and sow, will bo competed for at this show, and keen competition is anticipated for these coveted awards. The New Zealand Romney Marsh Sheep Breeders’ Association’s championship shields for tho champion Romney ram and ewe respectively, will also be competed for. Those interested in show matters should send for a prize-list in which they will find how tho prize-money is distributed. Jumping, ring competitions, horses and pony classes, purebred and grade cattle, sheep and pigs, are all well catered for. The cookery and needlework sections have been revised and classes increased and now offer very special attractions for the ladies. There are points prizes in all stock sections. Tho ram fair will be held on the two days following the show, viz., February 4th. and sth. All entries close on Friday, January 15. Conditions and entry forms for the fair and prize lists for the show, will be sent on application to the acting-secretary, D. Miller, Box OS, Feilding.
