The Secret of Middle-Aged “Youth.”
Youth and energy count for a lot m our modern business and social world. And tho aim of every woman who desires recognition in these spheres should be to keep her youthful appearance and healthy vigour as long as possible. Most women are “keeping up with the times” very well indeed. Everywhere you see them, no longer young in years, yet retaining graceful bodies and youthful faces. Much of this is due, of course, to the care they give their figures, complexions, hair and hands. Their broadened outlook on life is also contributing in no small .measure to this preservation of fominino youth. There are other important factors to be considered by women who wish to keep youthful and healthy without risking the charge of aping “youth.” The doctor, the dentist, the oculist and tho chiropodist—all these skilled workers, if only given the chance of helping the woman over thirty, would prove themselves mighty allies in the fight against advancing years A tonic when needed can do wonders for a woman’s complexion. A timely visit to the dentist will often savo. a precious tooth, the extraction of which would be a definite loss to good appearance. The optician will slay those monsters, eyestrain and defective vision, whose ruthless fingers write “age” on a face for all to see. And the chiropodist is a true friend to tho woman wh6 would remain young, for few things cause aged looks and strained expressions as do tired, aching feet. If you value your youthful looks, do not neglect those seemingly trivial things. They will mean much to you in the end
