Liberal Parliamentary Party Discusses Crisis
EARLY ELECTION NOT FAVOURED. British Official Wireless. Received Friday, 9.30 p.m. RUGBY, Sept. 17.
The Liberal Parliamentary party met under the chairmanship of Sir H. Samuel and for two hours discussed the national crisis. It is authoritatively stated that the general consensus of opinion was that there should not be an early general election. .
