PROPERTY REVERTS TO STATE. United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. MADRID, Aug. 19. The latest government decree ordering the seizure by the State of all properties given by aristocrats as loans to past Kings has led to remarkable c- js ( As an instance, the ancestors of the Alarquise Frecliilla five centuries ago lent the King eighty-four ducats or £4O, receiving in exchange several " ousand acres of land which his descendants have occupied and cultivated. The decree permits the State to claim all the earnings from the land for the past five hundred years above £4O.
