SANGUINARY CONPLIOTS REPORTED United Press Association. —By Electria Telegraph.—Copyright. . Received Wednesday, 7.0 p.m. HAVANA, Oug. 11. Entire Cuba is under martial law Reports of increased rebel activity have reached hero despite th® strictest censorship. Advices from Santa Clara province said that 300 rebels invaded Santa Clara and killed 30 soldiers and imprisoned 25. They retired before the arrival of army reinforcements. Several other interior towns aro reported to be under rebel control after sanguinary skirmishes.
