Bringing Aussie Tourists To New Zealand
TO SYNCHRONISE WITH RUGBY TEST. United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Wednesday, 9.30 p.m. SYDNEY, Aug. 12. The Australian Rugby team sails for New Zealand on Friday. Mr. T. C. Davis who is manager, is President of Western Suburbs Club. Mr. Schmitt, New Zealand Commissioner at Sydney, states the New Zealand Tourist Bureau is arranging a tourist trip which will synchronise with tho footbail tour, in order to enable the players and Australian friends who are football enthusiats, to visit some of tho attractions in the North Island as well as the forthcoming test match at Auckland. The tourist trip will begin at Sydney on September 4th, the cost of which will work out at about £4O.
