CONDEMNATION OF MURDER CAMPAIGN

"Alarmed at tho strength of the public feeling against Congress arising from the scries of recent murderous outrages and bitter attacks made on the British in the press the All-India Congress Committee has formulated a resolution condemning the Hotson and Garlicl: outrages and calling on the Congress organisation and the Nationalist press to use its influence against political murders. This represents a striking change ot front as hitherto the Congress press and their platform speakers have extolled the virtues of tho murderers.
