Well-known Steamer Sold To Italy

RUAPEHU’S NEW MASTERS. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Last Night. Another of the New Zealand Shipping Company’s steamers, the Ruapehu has been sold. The vessel, which had been engaged in trade between New Zealand and Great Britain for manj’ - years, is at present laid up in Ealmouth harbour. Mr. ,T. H. C. Bond, Dominion superintendent for the company, who is visiting Auckland, stated that cable advice from England' announced the sale of tho Ruapehu to Italian buyers.
