Pohangina

On Priday night the monthly social in connection with tho Pohangma Methodist Church was held at tho residence of Mr. and .Mrs. J. Btautou. There was a good gathering present and in tho unavoidable absenco of her mother, Miss C. Wanton acted as hostess. The evening passed pleasantly with games and competitions, while a vocal solo by Miss V. Wtanton and a recitation by Miss Dawson were much appreciated. The competition winners were: Mrs. P. Wagstalf, Miss Dawson and Mr. N. Moar, Miss Btanton presenting dainty little trophies to the successful ones. At the close of the evening a dainty supper was served and later Hey. I\. E. Pordycc, on behalf of those present thanked Air. and tho Misses titan ton for tho pleasant time spent by all.
