NTOTICE is hereby given that the Rongotea Town Board intends at the next ordinary meeting of the Board to be held on MONDAY, AUGUST 17th, 1931, at 7.30 p.m. at the Board Room, Coronation Hall, Rongotea, to make'and levy a General Rate under Section 35 of the Town Boards’ Act, 190 S, of sd. in the £ on the rateable property within the Town District of Rongotea, on the basis of the unimproved value. Also under Section 89 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, a uniform Sanitation Fee of 25/per pan for each building served in the Rongotea Town District. Such rate and fee to be for the period commenced Ist April, 1931, and ending 3.lst March, 1932, to become due and payable in one sum at the oftico of the Board, Mersey Street, Rongotea, on the Ist September, 1931.
