Bank Clerk Before the Court

Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, April 4. On a charge of fraudulently omitting to account for £SO to the Bank of New Zealand at Morrinsville Keith Fortescuo Kenny, aged 27, was remanded to appear at Morrinsville on April 9. Counsel said that accused had beem suspended and was now living with relatives in Auckland. It seemed unnecessary for him to bo sent back to 'Morrinsville as he was pleading guilty. The Magistrate stated that he had no alternative but to remand Kenny there.
