Cream Stuffed Eggs
Prepare as many hard-boiled eggs as you will need. Remove shells and cut iii half lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks,, and mash yolks until smooth and creamy ,adding salt, pepper, minced onion to taste and mayonnaise to moisten., .Stuff with this mixture and press'together as whole eggs. For six or eight eggs prepare the following sauce: Melt three tablespoonfuls butter, and three tablspoonfuls flour, and a few grains paprika and three tablespoonfuls ham. When well londed add two,cupfuls milk. Stir constantly until smooth and creamy. Pour over the stuffed eggs, and heat over hot; water.
