No Permit Required To Enter Napier Area
TRANSPORT FOR REFUGEES Restrictions have now been officially lifted in respect to people visiting Napier and permits are not necessary. In the case of refugees desirous of returning to their homes but who are not in a position to pay their train fares, they are still required to apply to the Repatriation Officer in Napier for permission to secure their tickets without charge.
