Mr. .John Kingsland, one of Southland’s oldest residents and president for sixteen years of the New Zealand Biscuit Makers’ and Confectioners’ Association, died this evening after an illness of somo months. Ho was born in Croydon, England, 77 years ago, and had been 63 years in Southland. — Press Association.
