Fierce Fight Promised
Received Sunday, 9.20 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 20. Political authorities foreshadow a fierce struggle over the Trade Disputes Bill which is drafted in very obsclire terms. The Conservatives arc determined to fight every line. The News-Chronicle, whose views are significant because the fate of tho bill depends on Liberal support, says: “The text cannot be passed without modification. ’ ’ The Times, which hitherto has been friendly towards the Labour Government, says the Bill gives tho trades unions the right to do all they did in 192 G. That is more than the country will tolerate
